• The rates are in US dollars net and non commissionable

• The quoted foreign currency will be converted into Sri Lankan Rupees at the parity rate prevailing on the date of check out and payment should be made according to it.

- between 15.00 - 18.00 hrs : 25 % of the room rate
- between 18.00 - 21.00 hrs : 50 % of the room rate
- after 21.00h : 100 % of the room rate

• Early check in ( subject to availability )
- Before 6.00 hrs : The rate of the previous night will be charged
- Between 6.00 - 9.00 hrs : 50 % of the room rate will be charged
- Between 9.00 - 12.00hrs : free of charge subject to availability
